Ali Golds, StartUP

I have come through many challenges, to get to where I am today: a successful entrepreneur, growth coach, author and speaker.

But I wasn’t always this person, and I didn’t always believe that I could do anything I put my mind to. Now I know that I can, and do, I help people just like you to build the life you dream of, and the business you deserve.

Your Mindset Matters

Life hasn’t been easy and there have been plenty of times when I could have given up.
But my drive, determination, and optimistic outlook have powered me through all kinds of challenges and, as a result, I’ve created 7 businesses, some successful some not so successful, and I’ve advised hundreds of business founders on how to grow their own companies.

I know how to take nothing and make something – personally and professionally – and how to take a negative and turn it into a positive opportunity for growth.

Let me help you.

I believe that no matter what obstacles lie ahead,

you always have the ability to change your life.

Life isn’t fair, and we aren’t all equal.

The quicker we can accept this,

the quicker we can move on –

and achieve our goals.

At some point you need to want to change, or grow, more than you don’t. You need to reach a point where staying the same – whether it’s you, or your business – just isn’t working anymore. For most of us, that’s a pretty sharp realisation, and it’s often accompanied by a seemingly insurmountable problem that we just don’t know how to deal with. A problem that stays the same, no matter which of the usual solutions we throw at it.

That’s the point at which you need to make the decision – will I move forwards, through the inevitable pain points and reach what I’m looking for the other side of it, or will I stay still.

I can help you to move forwards. I can help you to overcome the worries and the concerns, to put a plan together, and to develop the life you want. The business you want.

Are you ready? Let’s do this together.

Helping young women to believe in themselves.

I started The Juno Project in 2012 to help women who wanted to start their own businesses. Pretty soon I was working with single mums, women who’d experienced domestic abuse, and other vulnerable women. I’d been there, I understood them.

Fast forward to 2017, and I was asked to speak to a group of teenage girls in a pupil referral unit in West Sussex about my personal journey, and how I’d overcome my challenges to achieve professional success. I decided to deliver a bespoke set of sessions for them, looking at employability skills as well as self-esteem and confidence.

My programme ‘This Is Me’ was born. We work with girls who have either been, or are at risk of being, excluded from school or becoming NEET. We plan to work with 100 girls in 2017/18 – and every secondary school in the UK by 2022/23.
